RT7739LC系列為強化高效能多重模式脈波寬度調變(PWM)之返馳式轉換控制器， 並加入立錡的智慧型抖頻技術 (SmartJitterTM) 之專利。創新的智慧型抖頻技術，不僅可降低系統進入綠能模式所造成之電磁干擾，亦可消除輸出抖頻紋波。同時，RT7739LC兼具多重模式控制方案，可在連續導通模式 (CCM) 於具谷底切換至非連續導通模式 (DCM) 控制，達到產品效能升級之效益。
RT7739LC為用於返馳式轉換器的電流模式脈波寬度調變控制器。RT7739LC更結合完整及可編程的安全保護機制，包含：傳輸延遲補償、輸出過電壓保護、外部過溫度保護、大電容Brown-in/Brown-out保護。讓產品研發設計者得更靈活的設計應用對應的商品，以較少的零件數及較低的成本，開發設計高效節能AC-DC電源產品。本產品的封裝為SOT-23-6。
